The Corporation:
The Carnegie Corporation is, "To promote the advancement and diffusion of knowledge and understanding." In 1912, Carnegie established The Carnegie Corporation of New York so that it could distribute his money after his death. His goal was that the corporation do, "real and permanent good in the world." This trust is still giving large grants today. Their donations go to technical schools, colleges, peace funds, and other causes. This is one of Carnegie's deepest legacies because it is still very much alive.
